Marta is a tenacious and resilient sales professional from Vancouver, BC. After an enjoyable career in the non-profit sector as a fundraising and sponsorships professional for several years in British Columbia and Alberta, Marta moved into the private sector in 2013. Her main goal at the time was to debunk the common misconception that salespeople are crooked and dishonest! For the last decade, Marta worked in software and recruitment sales achieving exceptional results including year over year President’s Club. Now, Marta shares her sales and business acumen with small to medium sized organizations looking to learn how to “do” sales in their unique environments.
Marta’s style is relationship focused and she believes strongly in solving her client’s problems by providing customized and tailored solutions. In 2020, Marta started a sales consulting business, M Squared Sales Consulting Inc., focusing on B2B sales, strategy, process, account management and coaching. A testament to her passion for lifelong learning, Marta is currently pursuing a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Stanford University. In her spare time, Marta volunteers for several local organizations and enjoys mentoring young sales professionals.
When not working, Marta loves to travel with her husband Matthew, learn about wine and golf.
